Rookies
(Age 2)
Park Shore’s Rookies program, provides our youngest campers with a safe and nurturing first camp experience. With small groups for close supervision, Rookies enjoy daily activities such as swimming, arts & crafts, sports, music, cooking, and more. Daily ice cream is offered, with flexible scheduling from 3, 4 or 5 days.
All-Stars
(Ages 3 to 4)
Park Shore’s All-Stars program offers a safe, age-appropriate environment where campers enjoy exclusive facilities like our All-Star Dream Field, mini soccer field, mini basketball courts, and more. The program blends fun activities—swimming, sports, arts & crafts, cooking, and special events—with an Early Enrichment Experience that reinforces academic skills like writing, counting, and sorting. Guided by experienced leaders and counselors, All-Stars attend from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and can enroll for 3 to 5 days.
Champions
(Grades K-1)
Park Shore’s Champions enjoy full access to the camp’s exciting activities, including the rock climbing wall, high ropes course, Sky Tykes, bungee trampolines, and advanced athletic fields. With age-appropriate instruction in aquatics, sports, arts & crafts, baking & cooking, and specialty activities, our Champions experience fun as well as skill development. The Champions program is from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day.
Legends
(Grades 2-4)
Park Shore’s Legends enjoy full access to camp facilities and activities such as the rock climbing wall, ropes courses, archery, bungee trampolines, and go-kart track. Legends enjoy advanced athletics and aquatics plus a special Camper’s Choice Program, where they select favorite activities twice a week. On rainy days, they also enjoy off-campus indoor trips. From 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., the program features age-specific schedules led by experienced group leaders and counselors, with aquatics, sports, arts & crafts, baking & cooking, specialty activities, and weekly special events.
Pioneers
(Grades 4-5) – TRAVEL
Designed for children completing 4th or 5th grade as of June, this Travel Camp Program is perfect for the camper who wants to enjoy traditional camp activities while also experiencing off camp activities. Pioneers spend three days on the Park Shore grounds and two days traveling to local destinations on Long Island such as Adventureland, Splish Splash, the beach, baseball games, and so much more!
Explorers
(Grades 6-7) – TRAVEL
Designed for children completing 6th or 7th grade as of June. The Explorer Travel Program takes campers off the Park Shore grounds every day. Day trips are both on and off Long Island destinations, along with two overnight trips in July and two in August keeping our Explorers excited and coming back for more. Whenever our campers travel off Long Island, they are in an air-conditioned coach bus equipped with TVs and a lavatory. Some of our past trips have been to the following locations: Club Getaway, Great Wolf Lodge, Crystal Springs, Mountain Creek, Kalahari, Six Flags and more!
Trail Blazers
(Grades 7-9) – TRAVEL
Designed for children completing 7th through 9th grade as of June, this Travel Camp Program is packed with exciting day and overnight trips both on and off Long Island. These trips are different from the Explorer Program and venture to farther destinations. One 4 day/ 3 night trip, one 3 day/2 night, and one 2 day/1 night trip in both July and August highlight our program. Whenever traveling off Long Island they are in an air-conditioned coach bus with TVs and a lavatory. Past destinations for the Trail Blazers Program have included: Club Get Away, Boston/New Hampshire, Broadway/NYC, Six Flags Great Adventure and Hershey Park!
